Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw Entry
1. This promotion is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain only, excluding employees or agents and their immediate families of Dickinson & Morris and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entrance to the Draw is free. Only one entry per person.
3. The promotion starts on 12.01 on 1st July 2010 and will close at 23:59 on 15th September 2010.
4. Entries become the property of Dickinson & Morris and will not be returned.
5. Participants can only enter the Draw via online entry.
6. The draw will take place on 17th September 2010.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone, post or email by 24th September. In the event of the unforeseen circumstance of a prize becoming unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or equivalent value.
8. If Dickinson & Morris are unable to contact the winner by 29th September, after reasonable efforts to do so, another prize winner will be selected at random.
9. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
10. The first six names drawn on the 17th September 2010 will win a pair of tickets to East Midlands Food & Drink Festival at Brooksby Hall near Melton Mowbray (2nd / 3rd October 2010 plus a 'Flavour of Melton' hamper. The prizes will be delivered to addresses provided. A signature will be necessary upon delivery.
11. A 'Flavour of Melton' hamper consists of an Extra Large Melton Mowbray pork pie (795g), a Melton Hunt Cake (907g), Blue Stilton Cheese (454g), Apple Chutney (250g), Melton Red Beer (500ml), Belvoir Elderflower Presse - Sparkling (250ml) all presented in a wicker basket.
12. Travel to East Midlands Food & Drink Festival is not included as part of the prize.
13. Entrants will be given the option to 'opt-in' to further marketing communication from Dickinson & Morris. This includes email and postage marketing communications. By opting in, the participant gives permission for Dickinson & Morris to communicate with them during and after the promotional period. Entrants will also be given the option to 'opt-out' of postal marketing communications. If at any time participants do not wish to receive further communication by email or post from the Promoter then an 'unsubscribe' option in provided in all communication.
14. Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. The winners accept Dickinson & Morris Terms & Conditions of Supply.
16. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity.
17. Winners' names and counties will be available on request by sending a SAE to: Dickinson & Morris, 10 Nottingham Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1NW after 29th September.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.
