Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw Entry
1. This promotion is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain only, excluding employees or agents and their immediate families of Dickinson & Morris and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entrance to the Draw is Free. Only one entry per person.
3. The promotion starts on 12.01 on 1st October 2008 and will close at 23:59 on 8th December 2008.
4. Entries become the property of Dickinson & Morris and will not be returned.
5. Participants can only enter the Draw via online entry.
6. The draw will take place on 9th December 2008.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone, post or email by 15th December. In the event of the unforeseen circumstance of a prize becoming unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or equivalent value.
8. If Dickinson & Morris are unable to contact the winner by 18th December, after reasonable efforts to do so, another prize winner will be selected at random.
9. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
10. The first name drawn on the 9th December 2008 will win a Luxury Hamper selection in a wicker hamper. In order to be awarded the prize, the winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability provided by Dickinson & Morris. The prizes will be delivered to addresses provided between the 16th and 19th December. A signature will be necessary upon delivery.

A Luxury Hamper contains an Extra Large Melton Mowbray pork pie (795g), 6 Mini Melton Mowbray pork pies, Thick Pork sausages (454g), Scotch Smoked Salmon (200g), Red Leicester Cheese (250g), Blue Stilton Cheese (454g), Biscuits for Cheese (150g), Real Ale Chutney (312g), Melton Hunt Cake (907g), Sunnycliff Chardonnay (75cl), Sunnycliff Shiraz (75cl), Sparkling Samur (75cl), all presented in a wicker basket.
12. Entrants will be given the option to 'opt-in' to further marketing communication from Dickinson & Morris. This includes email and postage marketing communications. By opting in, the participant gives permission for Dickinson & Morris to communicate with them during and after the promotional period. Entrants will also be given the option to 'opt-out' of postal marketing communications. If at any time participants do not wish to receive further communication by email or post from the Promoter then an 'unsubscribe' option in provided in all communication.
13. Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The winners accept Dickinson & Morris Terms & Conditions of Supply.
15. Winners will be required to take part in any publicity.
