Your Delivery Address:
You can choose your delivery date for chilled goods only, providing that your chosen date is between Tuesday and Friday (inclusive). Please give careful thought to your delivery address. Our courier usually delivers between 08.30 – 17.30 and a signature is required from someone at your delivery address, or possibly a next door neighbour. Without a signature, the courier will return your order to their depot for the recipient to make appropriate collection arrangements. If delivering to your home is inconvenient (because nobody will be there), then perhaps consider delivery to an alternative address (e.g. to a friend or work), so that a signature can be obtained.

Sending goods to multiple addresses:
If you wish to send goods to multiple addresses, each order has to be processed separately. When you have finished paying for your first order, you can return to place another. If you are logged in to your Member Account, your billing details and Address Book will be remembered.
